Below you will find detailed information regarding warranty coverage, duration, and the repair process. Please read this text carefully after placing your order.
All Kayzenwood products are covered by our warranty against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery.
If a defect arising from production occurs during this period, we will inspect your product and resolve the issue according to the process described below.
The most important condition of the warranty process is the physical warranty certificate included in the product packaging.
Presenting this original document is mandatory for any warranty claim. In the event that the warranty certificate is lost, damaged, or illegible, the customer unfortunately cannot claim any warranty rights.
Please keep the warranty certificate from the box and your invoice in a safe place.
If you experience an issue with your product, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Application and Reporting Send an email to talhahezen@kayzen.eu with a detailed description of the problem, along with a copy of your order summary or invoice as proof of the purchase date. Attaching photos that show the problem will speed up the process.
Step 2: Instructions and Shipping Our customer service team will review your application. Following your request, you will receive an email with the address where you should send the product for inspection and repair.
Send the product to the specified address, packaged in a way that it will not be damaged during transit, along with the original warranty certificate.
Step 3: Technical Inspection Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a detailed inspection by our technical team. The purpose of this inspection is to determine whether the defect is due to a production/material fault or a user error.
A) If the issue is production-related (under warranty): If the inspection shows that the problem stems from a manufacturing or material defect and is not the customer's fault:
Your product will be repaired free of charge and returned to your address.
In cases where repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with the same or an equivalent new product.
B) If the issue is user-related (out of warranty): If the inspection shows that the problem stems from user error (dropping, impact, improper use, liquid contact, etc.), the product will be considered out of warranty. In that case, if repair is possible, the repair costs and shipping fees will be communicated to the customer, and the procedure will be carried out after approval and payment.
Due to the nature of wood, natural color changes that may occur over time or minimal texture differences characteristic of the material are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
Interventions or repair attempts on the product by unauthorized persons other than Kayzenwood will void the warranty.
