You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the shipping costs for the return if the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
You can expect your refund within four weeks after handing your package to the shipper, but in many cases, you will receive the refund sooner. This period includes the transit time needed for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time we need to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time your bank takes to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
