We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to return your product within 30 days, you must submit a return request before using the product. Returns of used items will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition as when you received it
Be unused and unworn
Have all labels attached (if applicable)
Be in its original packaging
Be accompanied by a proof of purchase or invoice

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged, or
You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and help resolve it.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalized items (special orders, engraved/personalized products)
Sale items (discounted items)
Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If goods are shipped to customers within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
