Customizable Gable-Roof Wooden Cat House (Natural Oak Den with Sage Green Roof)

A Storybook Cottage for Your Companion, an Elegant Wooden Statement for Your Home

For our feline friends, the most cherished part of the day is settling into a quiet spot where they feel completely safe and sheltered. While conventional plastic carriers and flimsy cloth tents lose their shape and disrupt your home's aesthetic, this wooden indoor cat den—crafted with a sage green gabled roof, warm oak textures, and miniature framed windows—brings charming craftsmanship directly into your living space.

Watching your cat slip through the graceful arched doorway, curl up in their shaded alcove, and drift into deep sleep under the soft daylight filtering through the side windows brings a calming warmth to the entire room.

Why It Is the Ideal Choice for You and Your Companion

• Instinctual Security & Den-Like Comfort: The sheltered gabled-roof silhouette and enclosed wooden walls satisfy your cat’s natural desire for a private cave-like retreat away from daily foot traffic.

• Custom Engraved Nameplate: The dedicated wooden panel set directly above the entryway arch can be laser-engraved with your pet's name to make their sanctuary truly one of a kind.

• Fresh Airflow with Framed Windows: Detailed paned windows on the side walls ensure continuous cross-ventilation while preserving a dim, peaceful environment for uninterrupted naps.

• Generous Arched Entryway: Sized to allow adult and long-haired cat breeds to step inside smoothly without crowding their whiskers or body.

• Warm Natural Oak & Eco-Friendly Tones: Built with non-toxic, pet-safe finishes featuring natural oak wood grains paired with a soft matte sage green roof that blends effortlessly into Scandinavian and modern interiors.

• Customizable Interior Floor: Sold without a cushion so you can personalize the spacious 50 x 40 cm floor area with your cat’s favorite fleece blanket, sheepskin pad, or standard pet bed.

• Hair-Resistant & Easy to Clean: Unlike fabric-covered beds, the smooth wood surface produces no static electricity, resists hair cling and odors, and wipes down easily with a damp cloth.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the interior spacious enough for larger adult cats?

Yes. The 50 x 40 cm base and 48 cm ceiling height provide ample headroom and floor space for domestic cats up to 8–9 kg—such as British Shorthairs or domestic longhairs—to circle, lie down, and stretch out comfortably.

How do I personalize the house with my pet's name?

Simply enter your pet's name in the personalization field at checkout, and the panel above the entrance will be permanently precision laser-engraved.

How do you clean and maintain the wood?

The smooth lacquer-coated wooden finish repels loose fur and dust. Simply wipe the exterior and interior with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

Will my cat adopt this enclosed house quickly?

Cats naturally seek out secure, four-walled shelters. Placing a small blanket carrying your cat's familiar scent or a favorite toy inside will help them adopt the cottage right away.
